Who can submit an abstract?
Abstracts can be submitted by professionals from across the world who are keen on discussing the latest developments in the science and treatment of brain disorders.

Prepare your submission

All abstract submitters need to register for the congress. The deadline for registration was 7 July. If your abstract will not be accepted, you will have the possibility to cancel your registration within 14 days after receiving the message that your abstract has been rejected and receive a refund of the total fee paid.

The registration is free for Early Career Scientist presenting authors, residing in a country within Europe* if the abstract is accepted for publication and/or presentation.
*Europe being the 47 countries of the Council of Europe plus Israel and Belarus.

Mark these dates in your calendar

 7 July 2020  Deadline for abstract submitters to register. 
 15 August 2020 Results of the review will be sent.
 August 2020
Abstracts will be available in the online programme of the 33rd ECNP Congress.
 12-15 September 2020  Posters will be presented during the virtual congress.

The abstracts will be reviewed for:

  • Presentation at the congress by means of an electronic poster.
  • Publication in the digital congress supplement to the journal European Neuropsychopharmacology.
  • Publication on the ECNP Congress website.
