ECNP Schools

ECNP School logoIn line with ECNP’s mission to advance the science of the brain, promote better treatment and enhance brain health, developing the next generation of European clinical leaders has been a longstanding ECNP priority.

The ECNP Schools have been established to encourage excellence in future leaders in clinical neuropsychopharmacology by propagating best practices during a week-long course, in that way contributing to the continuing improvement of the field’s high standards of practice.

Per ECNP School, a maximum of 50 early career psychiatrists are accepted and their accommodation costs are covered by ECNP.

There are two ECNP Schools that are annually held:

  1. The ECNP School of Neuropsychopharmacology
A week-long course covering the fundamentals of neuropsychopharmacology through to the use of medications in individual indications, good clinical practice and optimal treatment and algorithms.

    Target group: early career psychiatrists

The next ECNP School of Neuropsychopharmacology will take place from 28 June-3 July 2020 in Oxford, United Kingdom.
