The ECNP Workshop 2020 takes place at:

Only applicants who have been selected for participation are able to attend the workshop. There is no registration fee.
Hotel accommodation is offered by ECNP for three nights in a shared room with breakfast in Hotel Le Méridien Nice.
Lunch, dinner, breaks and snacks
ECNP provides a welcome dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday. During the breaks coffee/tea are provided, as well as some light snacks during the poster sessions.
The dress code, also for the dinner, is non- formal and relaxed.
It is highly recommended that all participants carry proper individual travel and health insurance.
Participants have to arrange and pay for their own travel to and from Nice, France.
CDE Travel Subsidy
ECNP offers a CDE Travel Subsidy to participants resident in a European country with a developing economy (CDE*). This subsidy aims to support participants with their travel expenses for the ECNP Workshop. The CDE Travel Subsidy should be requested via e-mail, the deadline to do this is 15 December 2019.
*CDE-countries within Europe are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Kosovo, Macedonia-FYR, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Passport and visa information
A valid passport is required to enter France. Please note that there are visa requirements for visitors from a number of countries. For detailed information, participants are advised to contact the French embassy in their country of residence.
If a letter of invitation is required for the purpose of obtaining a visa, this can be provided by the ECNP Office. They can be requested by contacting the ECNP Office via e-mail.
Presence at the workshop
Participants have to be present at all sessions, from Thursday late afternoon until the end of the last session on Sunday. Please note that:
- Participants who do not attend the keynote lecture, all the sessions and the two poster sessions do not receive a certificate of attendance.
- Only persons wearing a badge, obtained at the registration desk, are admitted to the workshop activities.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance is be sent by e-mail after the conclusion of the workshop.
The official language is English. No translation is provided.
ECNP requests speakers, chairs and poster presenters to disclose potential conflicts of interest. This will allow the audience to take potential conflicts of interest into account when assessing the objectivity of the presentation.
Speakers are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current presentation in the first slide of their presentation. Chairs are requested to disclose potential conflict of interest regarding the topics of the presentations in the first slide of their session. Poster presenters are requested to disclose potential conflicts of interest regarding their current poster presentations at the bottom of their poster.
Potential conflicts of interest can involve: grants, honoraria, shares, paid positions on advisory boards etc.
